not stellar, but overall it at least reassured me it was a real business. We found Hopper had what looked like some good deals and did some requisite searching for reviews. A year and a half ago my partner and I were looking to book a trip to Hawaii. July 13th, 2022 I cannot stress enough that you should probably not give your business to Hopper if you have any desire to be treated well as a consumer. I have all my documentation to prove every word I say and any other people who has been screwed and want to file a class-action law suit against them…I’m in and you can contact me via my Email address! Busted!, not only was that a lie but they send you their “so called Contract” right AFTER they charge your credit card, not before and dated at that time! So you think everything is in order and you this app has just helped you get a little discount on your rate! Wrong, don’t do it…If you don’t think your entire travel arrangements are not with these crooks when you get your discounted travel you are sadly mistaken because they are the ones who get the money and screw everyone else in the process including the Hotels! Though I disputed it with my Credit Card company they submit their contract to them timed and dated (as if you had the opportunity to see their outrageous clauses) BEFORE PAYMENT which shows you forfeit the TOTAL PAYMENT rather than in truth you receive it after payment and for me never expected such underhanded crookery! I am confident that this is just one small example of their underhanded tactic’s! As the manager at the Hotel told me, next time just call the hotel they are always able to give better rates or at least match them.

WARNING…App user Beware, they are Wolves in Sheeps clothing! They stole my entire Hotel payment even though: 1) the hotel had FREE CANCELATION, 2) it was over 30 hours ahead of arrival, 3) I personally called the Hotel and they canceled my reservation without any charge, 4) I had paid extra so that if I didn’t like the hotel I could cancel it and leave at anytime and worst of all, 4) I had written validation from the Hotel manager that they did not collect my payment nor did they ever expect to charge me for the cancellation! Yet Hoper LIED to me and said they had called the Hotel and the Hotel wouldn’t cancel my reservation.
